Happy Birthday, Roald Dahl

dahl.jpgmatilda.jpgSeptember 13 marks the birthday of the famous Welsh novelist and short story writer, Roald Dahl, who passed away on November 23, 1990.

You may know him best for his children’s books, such as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, James and the Giant Peach, and Matilda, but did you also know that he was the screenwriter of the Bond film You Only Live Twice and Disney’s Chitty Chitty Bang Bang? Dahl also wrote some adult fiction and short stories as well.switch_bitch.jpg
